She has certified in clinical modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Hypnotherapy plus integrates mindfulness and meditation. Cristine has a doctorate in Natural Medicine and has authored various self-help tools in nutrition, recovery, and emotional transformation. She is dedicated to measuring outcomes as well as soul-level healing.
